Reston Heights Homeowners Association

The Reston Heights Homeowners Associaton (RHHOA) is a subdivision in Madison, Wisconsin located on the far-east side of the city. Reston Heights is comprised of primarily single-family houses along with duplexes and multi-family units.

The purpose of the RHHOA is to maintain architectural unformity as outlined in the Restrictions for Reston Heights East the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. The RHHOA also ensures that common areas owned by the RHHOA are properly maintained. Membership in the RHHOA is dictated by property title.

The RHHOA is within the borders of the Sprecher East Neighborhood Association (SENA) which encompasses the areas of the RHHOA and the Door Creek Homeowners Association (DCHOA) which is approximately Sprecher Road on the west, Milwaukee Street on the north, the Door Creek Conservancy on the east and Cottage Grove Road on the south. The purpose of SENA is to represents the neighbors interests to the City and provide a social network for the neighborhood. Membership in SENA is optional.

The RHHOA is now maintained and controlled by the Board of Directors appointed by voting members residing in the Reston Heights neighborhood. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is maintained and controlled by members that were appointed by those same voting members.

Any issues pertaining to architectural control, maintenance of the outlots, association dues or any neighborhood concerns should be directed to . If you are planning on having any work done on your home (deck, addition, satellite installation, porch, fence, etc.) you must submit plans for approval to the Architectural Control Committee before any work begins.
